EcoSwell Objectives
To work towards a local government risk reduction strategy, focusing specifically on reforestation and energy resilience. The main environmental risks that the communities of Lobitos and Piedritas face are made evident during the El Niño phenomenon climate crises. During these environmental crises, these communities are threatened by landslides and they temporarily lose access to water and energy.
