SDG Goals EcoSwell is pursuing

7.1 By 2030, ensure universal access to affordable, reliable, and modern energy services.

7.2 By 2030, expand infrastructure and upgrade technology for supplying modern and sustainable energy services for all in developing countries

7.1.1 Proportion of population with access to electricity.

7.1.2 Proportion of population with primary reliance on clean fuels and technology.

7.b.1  Installed renewable energy-generating capacity in developing countries (in watts per capita).

EcoSwell Objectives

• Supply the medical posts in the North of Peru with reliable energy, particularly for use in the likely event of a power outage, or in case of disaster. To accomplish this goal, EcoSwell instals UPS systems to provide backup electricity to local medical centres. 

• Increase the number of institutions that use renewable energy to provide services that the local population primarily relies on. EcoSwell has installed solar panels in the Fishermen’s association community hall. 

• Hybrid energy system in Justo Pastor.
